Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please package the item well when returning.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@c3cycle.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: C3 Cycle Tech, 351 Station Rd, Suite 8, Berryville VA 22611

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package through a tracked service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Limited Warranty: Thank you (the “Buyer”) for your interest in the products offered by C3 Cycle Tech, LLC (“C3 Cycle Tech”). This Limited Warranty applies to goods purchased from C3 Cycle Tech (“Products”), including but not limited to automotive and/or motorcycle parts purchased through C3 Cycle Tech’s website. 

C3 Cycle Tech offers a thirty (30)-day Warranty Period, during which the Buyer can request either a replacement or refund of the purchase price for Products bought from C3 Cycle Tech (the “Warranty Period”).  During the Warranty Period, the Buyer can return Products purchased from C3 Cycle Tech for any reason at the Buyer’s own cost.  During the Warranty Period, C3 Cycle Tech will provide a complimentary prepaid return label for any returned Products with unlisted conditions, malfunctions or damage.  Upon receiving the returned Products, C3 Cycle Tech will provide either a replacement or refund, as per the Buyer’s preference.  

To obtain warranty service, the Buyer must first contact C3 Cycle Tech via email or website chat for return instructions.  C3 Cycle Tech will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number, and the Buyer must postmark a returned Product bearing the Return Merchandise Authorization number within twenty-one (21) days.  Refunds will be processed by C3 Cycle Tech within two (2) business days.  Under this Limited Warranty, C3 Cycle Tech reserves the right to deny warranty service for returns initiated after the Warranty Period.  C3 Cycle Tech also reserves the right to require qualified installation of Products, such as by a certified dealer or qualified mechanic, in order for the Buyer to be eligible for a complimentary return as described above.  In such circumstances, C3 Cycle Tech will list any qualified installation requirements in the Products’ listing on C3 Cycle Tech’s website.

C3 Cycle Tech makes no representations or guarantees, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the condition, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other matter relating to the Products. C3 Cycle Tech expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Inspection: The Buyer is responsible for conducting their own due diligence and assessment of the Products prior to purchasing. The Buyer shall rely solely on their own judgment, research, and expertise in determining the suitability, quality, and condition of the Products for their intended purpose.  C3 Cycle Tech recommends that purchased Products should be inspected and installed by a qualified mechanic and/or licensed dealer.

Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL C3 CYCLE TECH, LLC BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER EVEN IF THE BUYER HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  C3 CYCLE TECH, LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE BUYER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT IN QUESTION. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY ONLY TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITATION.

Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless C3 Cycle Tech, its affiliates, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Buyer's purchase, use, or installation of the Products, or the Buyer's breach of this Limited Warranty. 

Choice of Law.  This Limited Warranty shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of  Virginia without regard to its conflict of laws rules. C3 Cycle Tech and the Buyer each hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of any Virginia state court or federal court of the United States of America sitting in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any appellate court thereof, in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Statement or for recognition or enforcement of any judgment relating thereto, and each of the parties hereto hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that all claims in respect of any such action or proceeding may be heard and determined in any such Virginia state court or, to the extent permitted by law, in such federal court.
